Things make sense when put within a context and cooking has a context for me, which is a passionate love for life and people and everything else. Otto, short for Ottoman, is a tribute and reference to the culinary roots of the country that I am from; Tarchin is cinnamon in Turkish, a sweet, hot, joyful spice...
