Things make sense when put within a context and cooking has a context for me, which is a passionate love for life and people and everything else. Even though I will post recipes, reviews etc here, this blog is not solely about cooking or how to boil an egg. And I hope I am a good enough writer to communicate what it really is about... Otto, short for Ottoman, is a tribute and reference to the culinary roots of the country that I am from; Tarchin is cinnamon in Turkish, a sweet, hot, joyful spice...
