| Introduction | I lived most of my formative years in rural Mississippi. Our family farm was on land homesteaded by ancestors in the Mississippi Territory. Most of my relatives still remain lifelong residents of the area. As an adult I left the area to become a pilot, first for the US Air Force and now for Southwest Airlines. I have always had a passion for aviation. Brenda and I married on May 22, 1982. She is the love of my life and truly is my "better half". We have four beautiful, intelligent children who are each making a difference in this world. |
