Introduction	I am happily married to my best friend (although it's not always easy!!!) and have a beautiful, smart and spunky daughter. I became a doula following my daughter's birth at the ABC room at Women and Infants. It was a beautiful empowering natural birth which made me want to support other women to also have an empowered birth (medicated or not). I have been practicing as a birth doula for almost 3 years and decided a year ago, to become a Postpartum doula as well so I can support mothers and fathers in their parenting abilities. It is a unique work that is fullfilling, amazing, humbling and making me be a better mother, wife and friend.
