| Introduction | I lived my whole life in the beautiful state of Colorado. Late summer in 2007 I met the most thoughtful, funny, joyous, God loving man and we married just eight short months later (though I knew after the first date I’d met the man of my dreams, I surely couldn’t let him know that so soon). Two months into marriage Shane and I moved. We celebrated our one year of knowing each other in our new home in Allen, TX. Since living in Texas I have had the time of my life! However, nothing is better than being married to my best friend. Shane and I live thirty minutes from his parents, two minutes from my mom and most of our favorite moments are spent with them. God has blessed us with a daughter we’ve named Mikayla Ann. She is the most beautiful little life in the world, God's biggest blessing in the smallest package. Daily Mikayla brings us immeasurable joy. Deserving of nothing, but appreciative for every moment, I have more love in my life than I could have ever prayed for. Thanks be to God. |
