| Introduction | I'm a frequent eater and occasional blogger with a strong taste for home baked goods and complete distaste for fish and offal. I only blog occasionally because sometimes, I would just rather drink wine and eat cured meats, and I believe that you should focus your energy on what you are really good at. I recognize that I have a child-like palate and I am working hard to expand it. I tried tripe and duck last year. The duck was killer, the tripe...completely heinous, but at least I tried. |
