| Introduction | As a Senior Finance Manager for a diversified retailing group based in Hong Kong, I am responsible for leading the finance function which includes policy making, decision taking, crafting a financing strategy to be in line with the business strategy and ensuring regulatory compliance to unlock shareholder value & wealth consistently. My prior professional experience includes a two-year stint with Polaris Software Labs Limited, India where I worked as a Senior Business Analyst in the Corporate Internet Banking Project and was instrumental in developing the functional specifications for the ‘Intellect’ suite of products, and with PricewaterhouseCoopers, India for nearly 3 years as an Associate Consultant leading a team of budding CAs in executing various assignments in the areas of Risk Management & Consulting for several multinationals and Indian corporates. I am a visiting faculty of Finance at Days’ Inn Learning Centre, India and regularly scribe articles for various professional journals and have presented papers on Corporate Governance & Ethical Conduct. I was recently interviewed by CFO Asia for a research report published on Corporate Governance, Business Ethics and the CFO. |
