Introduction	After living in Philadelphia for over 6 years ago I moved down to Tallahassee for a change of scenery (and for a job). Since Philadelphia is one of the beer capitals of the US I was spoiled, but I am making the most of Tallahassee and will continue experimenting with beers from the south, across the country and the world.
