Introduction As a little girl, I grew up with the idea that only a few people were blessed to have long hair. Little black girls couldn't grow long hair. Even though I had a lot of friends with long hair, none of them were of African descent. As I got older, I realized that the art of growing a full head of long and healthy hair, is all about our daily eating, grooming and exercise habits. Every woman and girl, of any racial background, has the ability to have that long, beautiful and healthy natural hair if she chooses to do so. It only take a small amount of discipline and it can be done.
