| Introduction | After I retired from teaching, my husband and I traveled the world. We enjoyed serving and meeting people on mission trips. We met interesting people around the world and learned about many cultures. Pilgrimages to Israel gave us an opportunity to experience the land where Jesus lived and taught. I stay busy spending time with family and friends, volunteering, exercising, reading and writing. In the last few years, I have written three books of devotionals. My first book was about my grief journey after losing my parents and husband in less than a year. My second book was written about isolation. My third one is another book of God giving us hope which is in the process of being published. My books are: Ambushed by Glory in my Grief and Hope in Isolation.
