| Introduction | Hey, I am a software nerd if you haven't guessed by now. I won't say 'computer' because the term has become too vast and includes too many things.I was born and bought up in India, in a Christian family. My father is a retired army office and my mother is a retired school teacher. I came to Australia, 5 years ago to do my PhD in computer science (at Monash University,Melbourne) and have stayed on to work. I am married to a pretty girl from back home. Archana is a school teacher. My days are spent working for a software and management consultancy. This takes up most of my day and sometimes night. When I am not sitting in front of a computer screen, I am indulging in one of my interests. I love watching movies and any movie that embodies the human spirit interests me. Classical music is a seasonal interest and Vivaldi remains one of my favorite composers. I also like eating out and experimenting although I am not much of a cook.
