Introduction	I'm a 22-year-old student, who is planning on going in to Social Work. I am extremely interested in addiction, addiction recovery, and what family and friend of addicts have to deal with. My interest stems from the fact that my mother was a heroin addict. With help from great friends, family, and therapists I have managed to turn out pretty well. The truth is some children don't, and by sharing my stories with you I hope to help someone.
