| Introduction | I am a Person-centred counsellor & supervisor, Accredited by the BACP. I work in private practice at two locations - Stanmore / Harrow HA7 and Covent Garden in Central London. I also supervise groups of counsellors at The City Lit in Central London. My clients address various issues including: Stress, anxiety, depression, eating disorders,loneliness abuse, bullying, self harm, addictions,relationships, living with learning differences eg dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD & asperger's, cultural & religious issues, anger management, bereavement, gender issues, sexuality, spirituality & personal development. My PERSON-CENTRED COUNSELLING APPROACH Involves creating a caring, genuine relationship, based upon the core conditions of empathy (deep understanding), congruence (openness and honesty) & unconditional positive regard(acceptance, respect and a non judgemental attitude).
