| Introduction | So many of you have been writing me and asking me when the book will be out. It is tied up with 'people' trying to sort out the legal aspects of what I can and cannot say about my journey. So rather than wait for them to hash things out I have decided to release the book in my blog. We can work out the 'legal ramifications' as we go.
