| Introduction | I have lived in Redding since 1992, enticed by the natural surroundings and the warm summers. My first gardening recollections are tending a small vegetable plot in the South Coast Botanic Garden, CA and using a reel mower to mow my Grandmother's lawn when visiting her in Colorado Springs. Her lawn surrounded an incredible garden. My education is in the sciences, which is a major reason for setting up this blog/website. The goal is to provide avenues for others to obtain information and make wise gardening and landscaping decisions. |
