Introduction	I have long had a fascination with painting on non traditional surfaces and a love of colour and how it can inspire and change everything. A time living in The South Pacific inspired me further after coming to know the vivid colourful textile art of Mitchoutouskine & Pilioko. This fascination led down a path to silk painting and textile dyeing often in the jewel like colours of The South Seas. The contemplative nature of silk painting takes us through many doors as we follow the muse down the rabbit hole. As much as I love the gentle practice of creating colour on the silks and fabrics I equally love tutoring and watching others blossom in their creativity.
Interests	Colour and design, the arts, meeting new people seeing new places, nature, family & four legged friends, the wonders of silk painting and dyeing and textiles, art as therapy, keeping fit and eating healthy and spreading love the joy of creativity.
