| Introduction | I bought my first Fiat in 1978, a maroon X1/9. I owned 3 more X1/9s over the years, including a race car I built in the early 90s - a '74 with a 1500cc engine. The street X1/9s were all modified to some extent. Fiats are great cars and, in my experience, very reliable and fun cars. |
