Introduction	Hello and thanks for visiting my blog. I'm just a girl who has traveled back and forth from the east coast to the west. Along the way I've learned a lot. As I am always learning I want to be teaching. Here you can follow me on the array of projects that I like to keep myself busy with. The main focus shall be healthy food and with cooking for me comes gardening. I believe it is extremely important to know where your food is coming from. And one can truly appreciated what they are eating if one is more in touch with the whole process. This spring I will be installing a new vegetable garden on the property that I will be renting on. Very exciting! I am also a ceramic artist and I will keep you posted on my new work. Recently I have become more interested in refinishing furniture, maybe it's because I will have a new home to place them in. Come back and check out my blog to watch the progress.
