Introduction	This is my blog! Just life in general blog and now again a weight loss blog! I'm married to a wonderful man and we have one child.
Interests	First and foremost, of course family. For fitness, lately I'm into cycling, jogging, weight lifting, elliptical machine, swimming and being a gym rat to help speed the weight loss progress.
Favorite movies	Like the funny ones lately like wedding crashers, the hangover also like anything with Keanu, matrix, something's gotta give, thomas crowne affair, love affair, american beauty, shawshank redemption, twilight.
Favorite music	Coldplay, Jack Johnson, Mariah Carey, Norah Jones, Sheryl Crow, sting, nickelback, howie day, Hinder, Kings of Leon!!! even like Andrea Bocelli.
Favorite books	unfortunately all the books I've been reading have been related to my college studies....but starting to read a diet book, 'the four day win' and 'half assed...wt loss memoir' and last year read 'eat, pray, love'.
