| Introduction | I am interested in all illnesses and disorders of the brain and medicine in general, actually. I love research and am fascinated by how the body works...but my chemistry kind of sucks. Oh and um, Jeopardy and anime *grin* I'm not very good at describing myself. I am not a professional (well, maybe a professional nutbar, loony, fruitcake etc...) but I have been through a lot over the years so I may have something valuable to offer. I welcome any comments and/or questions. I posted this earlier on but so you don't have to dig for it, my diagnoses are Bipolar Disorder, Seizure Disorder (Simple Partial Seizures), ADD and Migraines. |
| Interests | Vast and Varied--but if I don't have enough energy or concentration they all go out the window. I believe it's good to be informed about as much as possible and to have an opinion about pretty much everything but where and when you share that opinion can be key. |
| Favorite movies | This is an incredibly vapid box of space to type in. There. How's that for an opinion? *grin* I do enjoy movies however. |
| Favorite music | Tons. I'm eclectic. Although not really into C&W or Hip Hop/Rap. |
| Favorite books | I'm mostly a non-fiction type but I can barely get to the end of a paragraph/page anymore. I can make it through most magazine and newspaper articles if they appeal to me (and aren't too long) but it's a crap shoot these days. |
