| Introduction | I have over 20 years senior management experience working with major blue chip organisations. My background is in management training. I was General Manager of a joint venture training business with BAE Systems in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. For the last 10 years I have been working as a Head Hunter in the Executive Search Industry. My primary task has always been to find and select the most talented candidates for my clients. I have sat in on countless interviews with top managers for many of the FTSE 100 companies and I have interviewed hundreds of candidates. This experience has given me a unique insight into the process of selecting the best people both from the candidate and employer's perspectives. |
