Classic Turn Based Strategy Games

Introduction	I have been gaming since the ZX Spectrum 16K. This was upgraded soon by the 48K and 48K+ variants (still own one inperfect working order) before the big jump to 128K. The Spectrum crown was not safe for long though, as things moved swiftly back in those days (although loading times with screechy noises were as sluggish as the dawn of computing) The Amstrad came along (died in tragic coffee spillage), soon replace by Atari ST (Still working fine!). Sundog, Ultima V, Speedball, Xenon, R-Type, Alien Syndrome, Alternate Reality, Another World, Arkanoid, RoadWars. An Amiga 500 came next (which died in circumstances suspiciously similar to the Amstrad) Glorious classic games like Another World, BAT, Monkey Island, Millenium 2.2 and Portal Amiga 2000 was next, and many a night was spent on Bards Tale, or Defender of the Crown. Then PC's came along and the world of gaming was never the same again!
