Introduction	A Paintor and a jewelry Designer, Oukassa founded « Aflé Bijoux - Créations Akan » as a tribute to her grand-mother Sangne-Yomalan Yvonne Kadio (Mémé). A native from Abengourou, Ivory Coast, Mémé taught the artist how to use the thread and place the traditional akan glass beads at the early age of 5, passing on to her the passion for art and beauty. Oukassa holds a LL.M in International Humanitarian Law. She currently lives in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. She is married and has a son.
