| Introduction | I'm a stitcher from way back, taught by my Mum, Grandma and Aunt. I am fortunate enough to have a beautiful big studio for all my creative bits and pieces. |
| Interests | Patchwork, applique and quilting. I'm a Gemini with a great passion for anything creative, whether I actually take part in it or just watch and appreciate the talent of others. I have a love of colour and design and derive great satisfaction from creating something of my own. I am especially interested in quilting, applique and stitchery design. I am also a devotee of anything to do with teddy bears - as seen in my designs for quilts, wall hangings, stitcheries, bags, etc. I adore all sorts of music, except for heavy metal, hip hop, "doof doof" or rap - can't see the point of it at all! I have a love of books - there is always a literary masterpiece lying around half-read, and usually a few more in a pile somewhere waiting for their turn. I also love my garden and the birdlife it attracts. I have a wonderful family - David, (the man of the house) and two sons and a daughter-in-law. We now have four grandchildren - Sean, Josh, Archie and Pippa- all happy, and contented! |
