About me

Introduction Staci Small is a Registered Dietitian providing medical nutrition therapy to clients of all ages and conditions. Staci completed both a Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from Ball State University. She is approved by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics as well as the Commission on Dietetic Registration to practice clinical nutrition. Before working in private practice, Ms. Small worked as a Clinical Research Dietitian for the Indiana University School of Medicine and in public health as an educator and media spokesperson. Over the years, Ms. Small has appeared on numerous television newscasts, television interviews, radio broadcasts and print based media. As a lecturer, she has delivered countless presentations to community and family groups on nutrition interventions for autism and special needs children; gluten free & casein free diets; specific carbohydrate diets (SCD); GAPS diets; and food allergies and intolerances. Ms. Small is trained in the previously recognized Defeat Autism Now! (DAN) nutrition protocol.
