| Introduction | I became a raw foodist on August 11th, 2007. My dear friend, Judith, has been planting the raw seeds in my life and after reading a book she loaned to me, I became raw immediately. In just a few short weeks I have learned so much, the good, bad and awesome aspects of being raw that I decided to share it all with you here.
