| Introduction | Since I finished school at College of Charleston, I have been feeling pretty uninspired. Creatively, the only thing I've found myself really passionate about is learning how to cook. Career-wise, I wait tables for a living, and while I enjoy it to a certain extent, I obviously don't want to do it forever. So, I've decided to go to culinary school. I start in January, and I'm extremely excited about it. I feel like things are looking up a little. It's pretty apparent that food is the most enjoyable constant in my life. That's why I decided I would start this blog: to document this developing culinary side of my life. If not creative enlightenment, at least these days I'm finding a little inspiration. |
