Introduction	I have enjoyed running ever since I can remember, and have been competing for over 31 years now! I ran my first marathon in New York in 1994, and since then I have done over 17, qualifying for Boston three times. Along the way I caught the TRIATHLON bug and have competed in 4 IRONMAN triathlons, while continuing to do the shorter distance triathlons and running races. I enjoy helping others realize their goals and potential by leading a healthier lifestyle through fitness.
Interests	Triathlon, Running, reading, travel. Personal/Group training.
Favorite movies	Blade Runner, Highlander.
Favorite music	Late 70's, early 80's rock.
Favorite books	I'm a avid reader of all genres. History, horror, fiction and science fiction. Robert Heinlein is my favorite author.
