| Introduction | Iam a practicing advocate, currently involved in Chamber practice through research on law and providing services of drafting pleadings and written arguments to up-coming advocates and private litigants. These blogs are used as legal literacy campaign. Where ever i made effort to publish books of law, some mischievous gang is obstructing all such efforts, hence i have chosen online publishing. Some people does not want me to share and get published my drafts, articles, case law collections, research materials and books. Wherever i made efforts to get published in book form, they make political efforts and suppress my work. I do not know what they get from such perverse mentality. Any how iam doing my duty, they will get their fate. |

Some practice the eight-fold path of yogic practices, and yet others study the scriptures and cultivate knowledge as sacrifice, while observing strict vows. sā vidyā tanmatiryayā (Bhāgavatam 4.29.49)[v25] “True knowledge is that which increases our devotion to God.” Thus, studiously inclined sādhaks engage in the sacrifice of knowledge, which when imbued with the spirit of devotion, leads to loving union with God. |
