Introduction Hello! Thanks for checking out my blog and joining me in this journey! Little bit of background: I started losing weight through Weight Watchers and through running in October 2010. I began with the C25K program for beginning runners and progressed towards completing 3 half marathons in 2011 as well as losing over 50 pounds!
