Introduction I'm a professional foodie. I enjoy going out to eat and cooking at home. Many times, I've wished there was someone like myself, to go out there, try food and tell it how it is. Hence, the idea of this blog came about. I've gone to eat at places like Charlie Trotter's in Chicago, Eddie Martini's in Milwaukee, Geronimo's in Santa Fe, French Laundry in Napa Valley, Matsuhisa in L.A., North 44 and Susur's in Toronto, and top end restaurants in NYC like Peter Lugers Steakhouse, Shun Lee, Bolo, Babbo, Picholine, Tavern on the Green, Aquavit, Lupa, Mesa Grill, etc. Wherever I travel, I always try to hit one of the top 5 restaurants in town. It has been a delicious mission and pleasure to dine finely and yet it has also been a joy to eat at places that don't necessarily cost an arm and a leg. It is what I call "good bang for your buck." Good food is good food, at whatever the cost.
