| Introduction | The three most important things you need to know about me are I love Jesus, I love MY Wife, and I Love My three Daughters. I was born in one of the poorest parts of these United States, was raised in one of the richest, and I settled in a city that was somewhere in between. The smartest thing I ever did was to follow my Dad's example and marry up, to a Hoosier girl. My wife (of 30 some years now) brought the small town values of Indiana which she shares with my Mother into our family. With the help of my Mother and her Mother she past those values to my Daughters. The males in the Family got to watch the process and contribute to it occasionally. My wife and Daughters are the Jewels in my crown. I spent over Twenty years trying to make a living as an atttorney and for the most part failed at making a living in that occupation, although from time to time I did some pretty good Lawyering. Fortunately the grace of God and My wife picked up the slack and we always managed to have a roof over our heads and food on the table. Resources for the important things were there when needed. I hope you enjoy reading my thoughts on life and on the events of the day. |
