| Introduction | I am a 34 year old mother of one who loves yoga, all topics related to health care and wellness, and alternative medicine. I had extensive spine fusion surgery for scoliosis when I was 12 so I have a special interest in sharing my yoga teaching and practice with others as a way to connect with the body, mind, and spirit. I am entering my second year as a yoga teacher in our small southern community which has been quite an adventure.
