Introduction | I am a wife of 8 years to Che and Mommy to Maggie, age 5 and Nelson, age 1! We are a small Catholic family living in the Bible Belt. We are former infertiles now blessed with 2 little ones that we plan to homeschool starting this fall. |
Interests | My famiy is my interest by default but I do also like theatre and reading. I am a big supporter of attachment parenting, extended breastfeeding, and NEW in 2011, Homeschooling! We are those "Semi-crunchy" kind of folks:) I like going out and exploring with Maggie. We love our parish church and spending time with our family.I try to live each day in a way that puts my child first before my own desires. We struggled with infertility on both sides of the spectrum and try to take advantage of each day we have as parents. I aspired to be a wife and mother full time and I am blessed to be able to do so. We are practicing Catholics and love our Faith! I also have a wicked sense of humor too and love to laugh and have a good time. I'm frequently a basketcase and feel it's important that I network with other basketcases. |
Favorite Movies | Tommy Boy, Ocean's 11, 28 Days, Shrek. I don't really see movies much. They usually aren't worth the 10 bucks. I like t.v. Lost, Grey's Anatomy, and the Office. I also like British t.v like Are You Being Served and reruns on Nick at Nite. |
Favorite Music | Duh! U2. |
Favorite Books | I read a lot of non fiction such as parenting books and health related stuff. When I have time to read fluff I like historical fiction. I love the vampire series by Charlaine Harris. They are fun novels. I like Harry Potter too. I love children's literature, even more now since having a child. |
You've written a hit musical! How will you avoid having fame go to your head?
Whatever! I've waited my whole life to be famous on Broadway!
