Introduction	I'm mummy to 2 gorgeous babies. DD is 2 years old and DS is 7 months. Both babies have reflux and food allergies. Weaning my daughter was a traumatic, lonely and frightening experience as despite having food allergies myself, how on earth do I wean a baby with allergies?? Now I'm weaning again, I'm so much more confident. It has prompted me to share our journey with you so parents and carers dealing with food allergies can be assured they are not alone.
