I am quite rusty at making layouts and signature tags; but it's slowly coming back to me and beginning to make sense again. Prior to my hiatus I had been addicted to PSP for a couple of years. When I'm not feeding my tube & scrap kit addictions, I spend my days visiting various forums to learn new techniques when working with PaintShopPro.
