Introduction	I consider myself a jack of all trades. I am a wife and mother who returned to school many times until I found that Culinary School was my calling. I consider myself creative and do the best to keep myself busy. My hands need to be busy chopping,kneading bread, reading a book or with a sewing project in my lap. I love being around people and giving of myself to others. Walking the beach clears my mind and inspires me, hard to do in the middle of the country but when I head home to my roots that is where I can be found, if I'm not there look for me in the kitchen!!
