| Introduction | This blog was started in the spring of 2006. Then, it was just a way to keep connected with my friends and family. Surprisingly a few months later, I ran my first mile and it became more of a personal diary about my love affair with running. Read as I attempt to balance my life as a full time Mommy, wife, and runner. For kicks here's what my original BIO read...wow how life changes! "As my list of favorites indicate, I'm a total Mom.
