Having around 29 years of experience in HR, I have worked with organisations such as the Tata Motors (Manufacturing), Reliance (Info-com), Onward group (IT/ITES) and Collabera, an IT Solutions and Services company head quartered in New Jersey, US. To sum up I have a reputation of building organizations and setting world-class HR processes in place, based on values, in record time.
