| Introduction | Charles S. Strauch owns a finance company that provides lines of credit to small businesses. His business career has been focused on turnaround in the technology sector. From 1991 to 2000, he was Chairman-CEO of PairGain Technologies (NASDAQ). He previously served as President/CEO MSI Data (AMEX), Chairman/CEO Magnusson Computer Systems (NASDAQ), President Memorex (NYSE), and EVP Gould Inc.’s (NYSE) . Strauch graduated from Lehigh University in 1957 with a B.S.I.E degree.
