| Introduction | Amy is a 33-year-old mother of four children. She recently graduated from LLCC with her Associate Degree in Nursing. She has been unable to take her licensing exam due to it was scheduled 3 days after the accident and she lost her application fee money because notice was not given in enough time to reschedule the test. With her being unable to work she is unable to pay the fee to complete her license. She has been active in her children's lives since they were born and the accident has given her limited ability to those things with them. Dayton will be a 7th grade student at Litchfield Middle School this year. Yet he has recovered rather quickly the accident has caused him some emotional trauma. He is active in school and love to be on the wrestling team. This family is lucky to still have both of them but have had financial difficulty since the accident and her continued injuries that cause her to be unable to work to support her children. She is currently employed with Nokomis Rehab & Healthcare Center but has been unable to work since the accident in June. Her other 3 boys, Dalton Davidson, Ty, and Christopher Durbin have been supportive of her. |
