| Introduction | Born and raised in Palmerston North, New Zealand, Megan has always had a keen interest in sport and motivation. During her early sporting years she represented New Zealand in track cycling. In her 40's Megan returned to competitive cycling which included winning seven UCI world masters track cycling championships, and bronze and silver sprint medal's competing in the elite category at the national championships. Megan credits a huge amount of her performance success to mental preparation and the mind techniques she developed and shares with her clients. Megan is a graduate of the international personal and business coach training programme, CoachU. Megan has recently completed the Level 1 Road Cycling coaching course. |
