Introduction	Ciao is a word that expresses greeting or farewell in multiple languages. It is also a word I happen to use a lot...and it seemed appropriate, since I said goodbye to Ohio and hello to Ecuador. 79 is the line of longitude that crosses--and thus connects--both my northern hemisphere home in Ohio... and my southern hemisphere home in Ecuador. This blog is a random assortment of stories, photos, observations, anecdotes and rants about my life and adventures as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ecuador.
