| Introduction | The Criminal Defence Lawyer's Forum provides a medium for members of the Calgary Criminal Defence Lawyer's Association to express themselves on issues in criminal justice in Canada. The Forum exists to promote thoughtful debate and education through contributions offered by an academically diverse defence bar. The Criminal Defence Lawyer's Forum is designed for serious and scholarly contributions. Submissions from all CDLA members are welcome and will be posted. The Forum also welcomes suitable submissions from anybody interested in commenting on issues in criminal justice. |
