| Introduction | Dr. Sandeep Poddar, served as Senior Research Director and Executive Editor(Publications), Lincoln University College, Malaysia. Honorary Adjunct Faculty Bharat Center Canada. He has been graduated from University of Calcutta with Zoology(Hons), obtained PGDip in Dietetics from All India Institute of Hygiene and Public Health, MSc Zoology(Biochemical Genetics) from Dayalbagh, MBA from Lincoln University College. PhD in Zoology from Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences on Cytotoxicity. Post Doctoral Research in different projects on Hemoglobinopathies and Oral Cancer mutation. Associated in establishment of molecular diagnostics laboratory (Neon) at present under Desun Hospitals, Kolkata, Biotech lab at college in Hooghly, West Bengal. Published several research papers in reputed Scopus Web of Sc indexed journals and books, more than 15 patents, organized int. conferences, and also edited books. Initiated the International Journal of Advancement in Life Sciences Research. Dr Sandeep is founder Assistant Secretary of Dr Tarak Nath Podder Memorial Foundation, Kolkata, India.
