| Introduction | I'm 36, I work full-time, and I'm married to my college sweetheart. Together we have two wonderful children (ages 4 and 6) who drive us crazy sometimes, but also keep us laughing. I love to be active, and I enjoy a glass of wine at night. It's more important to me to make a hard decision and force a change, than it is to live my life unhappy about something.
