Introduction	“Junkie” is a term most often used to describe a narcotics addict and Stella is not ashamed to admit that she is one - a food addict, a “junkie”, with an insatiable devotion to food. She thinks about food every waking hour, seven days a week, and absolutely loves to eat and cook. Stella also reads any food related articles she can find, talks about it at any chance she gets and constantly takes pictures of it. We’ll stop now – you probably get the point. Stella is the founder and writer of Food Junkie Chronicles, a food and restaurant blog based in Toronto, Ontario. Food Junkie Chronicles was born in April 2010 and has become one of the most informative and reputable on-line food resources in Toronto. She is an important influencer in the food industry and social media circles, with a strong, loyal following on Twitter, Instagram and Facebook.
