| Introduction | I'm a stay-at-home mom of three rambunctious kids, two internationally adopted and one our biological child. The impact of parenting stress and self-neglect led to an overall health/energy crisis. I am working daily at mending, healing, bringing myself to a place of good health and energy. I will share my journey and what I'm learning about how my body works, how the healing works, and my progress. I hope this inspires or educates others who find themselves on a similar journey. |
