How is an ankle unlike a consequence?
It's a short word, where consequence is long. They only share the letters 'n' & 'e'. It's a part of your body, where a consequence is more of an abstract idea. consequence has negative connotations, although there can be good consequences, people don't usually talk about them that way; ankles are pretty neutral. Except they remind me of that achilles' heel thing, which certainly had consequences.
