Introduction	I am a 57 year old attorney who represents disabled people who have been denied benefits by Social Security or the Veterans Administration. I majored in philosophy and have a master's degree in philosophy, but got bored with my dissertation (many years ago) and didn't finish my Ph.D. This turned out to be a good thing because I like what I do. The name for my blog came from my nickname when I played Monday night basketball. I don't care for Chris Mathews (Hardball). I offer the disclaimer that I may be wrong or wrong-headed about anything. And I would appreciate any suggestion for how my thinking could improve.
