Introduction	Caroline Keats, during this period, condensed: A free-spirit, bona fide lover of life, you can usually find me smiling and enjoying the simple things. I’m a grateful earthling who values health, wellness, nature, sincerity, red wine, conscious living, kindness, my boyfriend, and synchronicity. How do I spend my time? Work: I am employed as a customer service supervisor at a very busy laser eye surgery clinic in downtown Calgary. It’s a fantastic job as are my lovely colleagues! Play: I love to camp, hike, bike, eat, laugh and love. I enjoy yoga, dancing, traveling, meeting people, and practicing mindfulness. Life is what you make it and you get what you want, when you’re ready for it. I love the life I have created and I’d be envious if it weren’t mine :)
